Elections and Tropical Storms

I'm sorry to report that Tropical Storm Fay is not playing fair this week. We have tons of stuff to do before elections, and Fay just keeps dragging her feet around here. Would somebody jerk her chain and tell her to get a move-on, so we can get back to work?
